The Captain of Texas1 The Captain stared out of the bridge window. He beamed proudly at the ship he flew. This Captain was captain of a large, powerful airship bigger than a cruise liner. It was called the United States Air Ship (USAS) Texas II. The USAS line was the most powerful air vessel in the skies. It was first created by NASA in 2018 on a top-secret project code-named Fly High. It was to create a huge space station on earth and send it into a low orbit. The vessel’s main purpose was to spy, but it also could look into the cosmos beyond.
